SCAM WARNING: TANDEM LANGUAGE APP
ANY ONLINE OR PHONE APP THAT ALLOWS YOU TO CHAT WITH STRANGERS IS GOING TO BE FULL OF SCAMMERS NOW!
We live in a different world now! No social media is safe!
There are some brilliant ideas that have been turned into wonderful apps & websites, but the problem is that most of them are full of scammers now.
With hundreds of thousands of professional fraudsters working around the world, they are looking for new victims everywhere!
If you are using game apps, language apps, community apps – virtually any place that lets you connect or chat with transfers – then you are in danger.
There is only one reliable defense: Do Not Talk With Strangers Online! Ever!
In this case, it is a phone app & website called Tandem Language (www.Tandem.net)
We cannot emphasize this enough, and be sure to check the apps that your family uses for features like this and eliminate them. Even paid apps can be loaded with scammers because they have more money than you do!
Online collaboration with strangers has to stop!
Sadly, this is an incredible idea but without constant vigilance and moderation it turns out to be a place where anyone can be victimized.
Remember, to report all scammers on www.Anyscam.com – this is how we learned about this one!
We recognize the effort that went to this brilliant idea and we have no desire to harm the publisher, but in the absence of effective policing of their members, we recommend avoiding this app completely.
