SCARS™ Commentary: A Thought Before The Darkness Closes In

What Is The Key To Survival During A Crisis – Any Type Of Crisis?

A Strict Information Diet

WE ARE SURROUNDED BY NEGATIVE NEWS
WE ARE SURROUNDED BY MEDIA TROLLS AND HATERS INVESTED IN OUR PANIC
BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LISTEN TO THEM!

Those of you who know us as an organization, know that we try to limit certain kinds of information in what we publish.

We avoid topics like hate and panic. We avoid revenge and anger. We avoid doom and gloom!

It is very easy to flood your mind with all the negativities that cause greater stress and increase trauma from the events you have experienced. So many other amateurs immerse themselves in these subjects and expect you to come along with them.

Sometimes courage is saying no to all the horror and turning your back on the fear, self-pity, and hate.

Sometimes it takes courage to just step back and focus on the future; on those better times to come, knowing you will reach them.

We are all passing through our own crisis, our own disasters, our own personal dangers. We are concerned about ourselves, our families, our friends, but we need to be the blade of grass that bends in the wind and does not break.

A strong tree needs to be even stronger when faced with unrelenting pressure. A tumbleweed goes with the flow but is forever blown away with the changing currents. But sometimes being flexible and letting it roll over you is the best way to spring back

Don’t let yourself listen to it all. Stay focused on what you will do after the disaster passes. Create new goals, create new dreams. These are the way to live through it. These are the ways to not let yourself drown right now.

An ocean can be crossed swimming one stroke at a time.

A mountain can be climbed one step or one hold at a time.

But if you look back or look down at where you came from or came through – it will seem impossible.

It is not impossible, you can make it.

Stay away from the haters, the distributors of fear, those who want you held down so they can have control.

Pay attention to those that give hope, that give a promise for the future, to those that care about you personally.

Restrict what you read, what you see, and what you let others see. Stay focused on the positive, on the truth, because no matter how bad it gets, there is always light in the darkness – it just needs to be found.

The media wants you afraid. Haters want you afraid. People focused on their own misery want you afraid so they are not alone. But you have to turn your back on all of them. Seek the light, find the bright path back into the sunlight.

Not everyone can be saved. Not everyone will survive. But those that focus and fight hard for their future will make it more times than not. Be one of those for yourself and for those that you care about.

Look forward.
Take one step.
Then another, and another, and another.

Before you really know it, it will be over and you will have the momentum to speed forward into your future, while others still just sit there.

You Are A Survivor!
You Will Make It!

We know it, because we are here to help you!

All our best wishes,
SCARS Team

FAQ: How Do You Properly Report Scammers?

It is essential that law enforcement knows about scams & scammers, even though there is nothing (in most cases) that they can do.

Always report scams involving money lost or where you received money to:

  1. Local Police – ask them to take an “informational” police report – say you need it for your insurance
  2. U.S. State Police (if you live in the U.S.) – they will take the matter more seriously and provide you with more help than local police
  3. Your National Police or FBI « www.IC3.gov »
  4. The SCARS|CDN™ Cybercriminal Data Network – Worldwide Reporting Network on « www.Anyscam.com »

This helps your government understand the problem, and allows law enforcement to add scammers on watch lists worldwide.
