A scam is a crime even if no money was lost. me out of $750. I sent a care package to Fromberg Montana. He said it had to go through an agency to get to him. He wanted $100 for shipping & $100 for insurance on the package. I said no. There were about $100 for of gifts in package. After that he talked me in to buying him an iTunes gift card for $100. Have been texting for 2 months. He said he needed $750 to come home to be with me. That’s when I went to Army Recruiting Center yesterday & asked some questions. They told me don’t ever send anyone money. They pay for everything. So I feel I got off cheap. Michael was trying to make me feel bad by saying he was crying. I doubt that. I sure did learn a big lesson. That’s the 3rd time someone tried to scam me from these dating sites.
