FAQ: How Do You Properly Report Scammers?
It is essential that law enforcement knows about scams & scammers, even though there is nothing (in most cases) that they can do.
Always report scams involving money lost or where you received money to:
- Local Police – ask them to take an “informational” police report – say you need it for your insurance
- Your National Police or FBI « www.IC3.gov »
- The Scars Worldwide Reporting Network « HERE » or on « www.Anyscam.com »
This helps your government understand the problem, and allows law enforcement to add scammers on watch lists worldwide.

Rachel Starr is also known as Christina Aguilera and is currently in Ghana. Phone number is 011233542530853 and uses the name Rabeu for the phone and Carlos Tellis as the uncle who claims there is $5 million in gold waiting for her if she gets married. Her email address is
christinaaguilera@gmail.com. The uncle is carlos.tellis1@gmail.com
No she is not. The scammers who stole her photos are in Ghana. She is not a scammer. Please take the time to learn how these crimes work so you can understand what is real, and then recover from the experience. We suggest that you consider seeing a trauma therapist to help you separate the two.

James, take the time to really learn what is going on. We also suggest that you find a local trauma counselor to help you better understand why you believe what you do. Your comment was edited as it only contained false information.
