FAQ: How Do You Properly Report Scammers?
It is essential that law enforcement knows about scams & scammers, even though there is nothing (in most cases) that they can do.
Always report scams involving money lost or where you received money to:
- Local Police – ask them to take an “informational” police report – say you need it for your insurance
- Your National Police or FBI « www.IC3.gov »
- The Scars Worldwide Reporting Network « HERE » or on « www.Anyscam.com »
This helps your government understand the problem, and allows law enforcement to add scammers on watch lists worldwide.

I have pictures of a man who I suspect is a scammer. I wanted to look through your album and several of the same photos are showing to me. And they are supposedly over 5,000. What am I doing wrong?
You are only looking at one photo album. You will find access to more on our menu or on our home page. But there are more than one billion fake identities in use online. Look at photos is not the way to identify scammers – it really starts with not talking to strangers online.
