Scam Warning: A New Facebook Pages Scam Proving to be Very Effective Against Page & Business Account Publishers
Scammers are nothing if not persistent and this new Facebook Pages Scam is very effective against Facebook Page Publishers that are not familiar with Meta's notification methods.
We have to admit this is a good scam! It goes after people who publish Facebook pages – but make no mistake, it is a scam.
First, it is important to understand that Facebook would never send you a message for something like this, they would do it as a notification to your Facebook pages or business account and through the FB Business Manager.
If you publish a Facebook page and see something like this – IGNORE IT – IT IS A SCAM!
