I know him as Elvis Mokonga/William James. And he just tried to be ‘friends”with me under the name off Robert Muller. I am glad i never have send money to him.
There is no “HIM” – scammers have stolen his photos and identity. HE is a victim too.
His name is James Robert and he took money from me
