Accra Ghana Internet Cafes
Ground Zero In The War On Scammers In Ghana
SCARS NOTE: This post was created a few years ago, and while the Cyber Cafes are still there and still cater to scammers, most scammers work from home, businesses, or universities that provide their internet connectivity. Scamming in Ghana, like other parts of the world has become big business.
Internet Cafes in Western Africa – These are a few of the many where scammers still go to work!
We list them here, not to promote them – they don’t need our help for that – but to draw international awareness to the problem. Of course, they go through proxy servers too, but many times they do not. It is a starting point, in how we can ultimately hold the dating website operators accountable for their failures to police their profiles.
Yes, even Vodafone profits from African Scammers!
Cybercafes in Ghana can be found in the smallest of villages, however, the speed of connection is mostly slow. Faster Cyber Cafes can be found in Accra. Of course, most scammers today are also using their photos to connect to victims!

It is common for real scammers to maintain relationship and develop those victims. Then exploit them at the time they need or want the money. Yes, it is a scam, and was all along.
Good Job and thanks
