This is very helpful in understanding the differences experienced by men and women. It is sad that most men are socialized to be stoic and that showing their emotions is a sign of weakness. It’s nice to know that SCARS has support groups for men only, so they can be seen and heard in their own way.
Very good article to understand how to support and help a man who has experienced a scam pointing out safety considerations and even how their mental socialization is so different from a women’s.
I hate thinking about this man part of the scam “ the intimate relationship they thought they were having with a women, as actually a team of male criminals.”
