Reshipping Fraud Scheme — A reshipping fraud scheme recruits intermediaries to receive and forward goods obtained through fraud. Criminals commonly present the activity as a legitimate shipping or quality-control job. The intermediary’s address and records can connect them to transactions while concealing the organizer.
