False Front Merchants — False front merchants present an apparently legitimate business identity to conceal fraudulent or prohibited activity. They can use deceptive business descriptions, fabricated records, or misleading ownership information to obtain merchant services. Payment processing through these fronts can support unauthorized transactions, concealed sales, or money laundering.
