AnyScam™ Scam Search & Reporting

Twelve Years of Data

For more than twelve years, scam victims and volunteers reported the phone numbers, email addresses, names, and profiles that scammers used against them on AnyScam.com. That work now lives here, as the SCARS Institute AnyScam Database, rebuilt to make it easier to search, safer to use, and open to new reports.

Before you trust someone you met online, search for their phone number, email address, name, or profile link. You’ll see whether it has been reported to SCARS Institute, how often, and when. You can also read real messages that scammers have sent, with victims’ details removed, so you can learn to recognize their words before they reach you.

Help Protect Others

If a scammer contacted you, report their profile link, email address, or phone number. SCARS Institute staff review every report before it appears in the database.

Please keep in mind that a listing is a report, not proof. Scammers steal real people’s names and photos, and phone numbers pass from one owner to the next, so an innocent person can appear here. If something listed here belongs to you and is listed in error, use the removal request form at the bottom of this page, and we’ll review it. And if nothing turns up in your search, that doesn’t mean someone is safe: scammers change their numbers, addresses, and names constantly.

The very first time I put myself out on Tinder, I came upon the profile of this man named Daniel, 45 years old. Divorced with an 8 year old daughter who lives with his ex-wife in Canada. Apparently she left him and married her boss.

This man is very good. He is patient, listens, fun, playful and sounds more American with a European accent. He said be is a Romanian civil engineer and had worked in the Philippines prior to covid. He knew the places where most expats go.

His full name given is Daniel Enache.

I have not showed any sign that I know as I want to find out the connection with the Filipina and the syndicate behind it as I am also working on the Pig Butchering scam for a global series. So funny and annoying that I put myself out there but also got scammed.

I used face check ID to find out who the face belonged to. The other face check apps did not work as he was careful with…
