I was approached by Johnny Scott on Instagram and communicated with him for about five months. He was very charming, polite, attentive and I fell for his advances. He later prepared a fake marriage certificate for me to sign because he said that there was a trunk of his (he was in a war zone in Syria and had no ability to reach out to non-family) so if we were married he would send the trunk to my home. The trunk supposedly had $3 million US dollars in it. It was for back pay and bonuses.
The first time he asked for money was because he had a bill for the internet that had to be paid or we wouldn’t be able to communicate. As a result, I did send a Western Union transaction of $1000 to cover his bill.
The next time, after about three weeks, our relationship got stronger, Johnny told me he needed to send his trunk home to me and there was a fee for the handling - $7,500 to be wire transferred to Maria Pulido-Castro in Aurora, Colorado and I accommodated. The trunk was to be hand delivered to my home.
Then I started doing some real investigating and found that General Johnny Scott (he sent me his ID) was actually General Douglas Malcolm Fraser. I discovered this from his pictures. After investigating Fraser, I fell harder for him because he was like a hero to me with his background. He would give seminars on just what he is now being accused of. Mail fraud, scamming and sex trafficking were all subjects of his seminar so all suspicions were gone and my trust and feelings and respect for him grew even more. It is not over yet.
The next request for money was $51,000 again it was to be wired to Maria F Pulido-Castro in Colorado. This is additional funds requested by Diplomat Pascal Pierre from the UK assigned by the United Nations Security Company assigned to deliver the consignment trunk serial number (NSCL/00598/16) Security Code (NSCL/SC/1084). Pascal sent me a copy of his identification. Naive me followed his directions and wired the money again to Maria Pulido-Castro. It is not over yet.




The final straw that has woken me up to all this horrible scam stuff was the order for $230,000. That the Johnny/Douglas had to pay for the Army to release the trunk. When claiming to the Army for shipment he said it contained military artifacts and that caused them to charge $230,000 for fees on the trunk. After involving the Chief of Police here in Hudson, NH, he came back to inform me after investigation – my General Douglas M Fraser’s image is prolific in being used for romantic scams. And I was the next victim.

So now this is what I want you to do for us as I am working on my retirement, This said company have a diplomatic immune system that enables them to deliver goods to different parts of the world, I will present you to them as my wife and I want you to contact them as my wife so that they can use their diplomat to deliver the consignment to you at your doorstep, you don't have to go anywhere, all you have to do is write them on their email so that they will tell you what to do and after that you can proceed to receive the boxes.
Thus, this is what you must know, the company did not know that the boxes contain money

The money $5,950,000.00 is concealed in a suitcase, covered with my personal effects like memorable items, my medal of honor, pictures, my retirement flag, books, my fear is that this money cannot be safe in the camp here in Afghanistan.
