For more than twelve years, scam victims and volunteers reported the phone numbers, email addresses, names, and profiles that scammers used against them on AnyScam.com. That work now lives here, as the SCARS Institute AnyScam Database, rebuilt to make it easier to search, safer to use, and open to new reports.
Before you trust someone you met online, search for their phone number, email address, name, or profile link. You’ll see whether it has been reported to SCARS Institute, how often, and when. You can also read real messages that scammers have sent, with victims’ details removed, so you can learn to recognize their words before they reach you.

Yes I can go to California to get this but I will end up paying so much tax to the government over $1 million since I don't have my Japan visa yet the US government will collect my passport from the airport till after I settle my tax from the court which might take 2-3 month to settle but if I go directly to Japan I can get my document and then get the stones I need for my upcoming job that will gain more profit on sales in UK this year and I can have enough to pay the tax, otherwise the government will forcefully froze my Investment account and take money out or sell my family shares
