AnyScam™ Scam Search & Reporting

Twelve Years of Data

For more than twelve years, scam victims and volunteers reported the phone numbers, email addresses, names, and profiles that scammers used against them on AnyScam.com. That work now lives here, as the SCARS Institute AnyScam Database, rebuilt to make it easier to search, safer to use, and open to new reports.

Before you trust someone you met online, search for their phone number, email address, name, or profile link. You’ll see whether it has been reported to SCARS Institute, how often, and when. You can also read real messages that scammers have sent, with victims’ details removed, so you can learn to recognize their words before they reach you.

Help Protect Others

If a scammer contacted you, report their profile link, email address, or phone number. SCARS Institute staff review every report before it appears in the database.

Please keep in mind that a listing is a report, not proof. Scammers steal real people’s names and photos, and phone numbers pass from one owner to the next, so an innocent person can appear here. If something listed here belongs to you and is listed in error, use the removal request form at the bottom of this page, and we’ll review it. And if nothing turns up in your search, that doesn’t mean someone is safe: scammers change their numbers, addresses, and names constantly.

There are many emails--two months worth. I also have emails.
His story was that he was in Sydney taking care of his father who was ill. He claimed that his wife and daughter were killed in a car accident. He claimed to own 250 acres of cocoa fields. He first asked me for money when he needed to get pesticides for the crops. $8000. I did not send him any money. I suspected him from the start. Later he asked me to buy clothing for his 50 workers. Then he asked for $3500 to help to pay his workers because his money was unavailable to him while in Australia. that is when he gave me the name and address above. He also claimed to have had an accident and hit a girl who was an exchange student. He wanted to send her parents money to come to Australia.
