For more than twelve years, scam victims and volunteers reported the phone numbers, email addresses, names, and profiles that scammers used against them on AnyScam.com. That work now lives here, as the SCARS Institute AnyScam Database, rebuilt to make it easier to search, safer to use, and open to new reports.
Before you trust someone you met online, search for their phone number, email address, name, or profile link. You’ll see whether it has been reported to SCARS Institute, how often, and when. You can also read real messages that scammers have sent, with victims’ details removed, so you can learn to recognize their words before they reach you.

Please keep in mind that a listing is a report, not proof. Scammers steal real people’s names and photos, and phone numbers pass from one owner to the next, so an innocent person can appear here.
