## Welcome To Dating Scammer Central In Burkina Faso

Internet Cafes are the life-blood of the scammer community in most of Western Africa.  Only the professional scammers in Ghana and Nigeria can afford their own Internet Connection in their home or office, though most also use their phones. In most of the region, it's a "Pay As You Scam" model, with the Cyber Cafe operators turning a blind eye because it pays for their business, and many times, they take a percentage.  In some cases, they are the actual operators of the business, and the "kids" work for them.
